The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great directions and recommendations for dinner. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a fantastic convenience, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area and city. The layout of the suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room area and a loft-style bedroom upstairs.
While there were a few minor cleanliness issues mentioned in the reviews, overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay.

Our romantic escape was quite enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary log and matches for the fireplace. the homemade chili and wine were a lovely touch. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to various restaurants and grocery stores. We also enjoyed using the computer in the dining room for checking emails.
The breakfast offered was disappointing. the powdered eggs and coffee were barely drinkable.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Pittsburgh! the location was perfect, not far from downtown at all. We were able to easily get to the restaurant we were eating at that night and even took a stroll to the yellow bridge. the room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We also enjoyed the pool and exercise room. a wonderful experience.
The WiFi connection was a bit slow.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the fact that it had a shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions. The breakfast was also decent and had different options to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants which made it easy for us to find somewhere to eat.
The hotel was in dire need of an upgrade. The carpets and furniture were old and worn out.
